Growing our own mushrooms was so fun! It took a couple weeks to see any growth but as soon as we did, they were fully grown and ready to eat in less then a week! Out first flush was almost 10g. Once we harvested, we did nothing with the block, we were planning on soaking it and trying for another flush but we didn't have to! The second flush started growing on it's own! So exciting! I bought 4 kits 1 white oyster kit for myself and the other 3 for my girlfriend for our anniversary. Unfortunately my girlfriends Lions Mane and Pink oyster mushroom got contaminated with mold. I contacted through email originally but after a few days without reply I tried to text them and they replied instantly. They said they would send me replacement boxes.
